Jorge was born in Chile and came over to the UK aged 7. Having spent his formative years in the UK and Mozambique, Jorge became tri-lingual, speaking fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese.

As a result of his language skills, he went to work in the family business as an interpreter but his true love was that of the private investigator. Not having had a classical private investigator background, Jorge knew that the only way into the industry was to take the commercial route. He started off as a Security Officer and then a Store Detective working for various high street retail stores until he became a Security Manager for a leading high street book seller and then various roles as a Retail Loss Prevention Investigator.

Having had 17 years in retail fraud investigations, Jorge had enough of working for other people and in April 2006, started his own private investigator agency specialising in commercial investigations, surveillance, process serving and tracing.

Jorge has a diploma in Private Investigations and Investigative Interviewing. He is currently serving on The World Association of Professional Investigators WAPI's General Council.

Rodolfo Francois nacio en Chile, donde curso sus todos estudios, obteniendo el titulo de Profesor en la prestigiosa Universidad de la Frontera ( Temuco ) , mas tarde obtiene un titulo de post-grado en Administracion de Empresas en la especialidad de Marketing.Comienza su exitosa carrera en el area comercial, desempeñandose en distintas empresas en Santiago de Chile.

Rodolfo decide continuar su formacion en Europa, precisamente en Londres donde obtiene certificacion en idioma Ingles y un primer contacto en el area de la investigacion privada, trasladandose posteriormente a Madrid donde dirige sus esfuerzos en el area del consulting Inmobiliario y del Fitness corporativo.

Con un solido background comercial de 05 años en europa, entra al area de la investigacion privada, con base en Londres, donde se forma y obtiene certificacion de investigador privado el la Nationwide Investigacion Group , una de las escuelas top en formacion de detectives privados en el Reino Unido. Especiallizandose en areas de fraude corprativo ( infiltracion ), vigilancia y seguimiento ( mobile surveillance y technical surveillance ) de personas atraves de IT support y GPS Trackers

Neil Sheppard - Regional Director

Neil served as a Military Police Officer from 1988 - 2001. Assignments and Investigations have taken him across globe. After leaving the forces he took his training and experience and embarked on a career in Retail Security Management and Investigation.

This role quickly turned in to a Regional Position with a remit stretching over a widespread portfolio of department stores. He then parted company with this employer and moved to a well known National Company within the Security and Fraud Investigation Department firstly based in Birmingham. Also whilst here he fulfilled the role of covert surveillance specialist working on major operations with various police forces on crime prevention and reduction initiatives and anti-car crime squads. He also was a member of the Birmingham Crime Prevention Panel which dealt with city issues at the highest levels.

He later moved with promotion in to the West London Head Office where he became the manager of a a multi-site contact with 25 sites. He fulfilled this particular role for 15 months turning the project from a loss maker in to a £3.6M p.a operation before again being promoted internally and moving on to manage a £4.2million project on the south coast with 30 sites.

The project was very challenging with enforcement, revenue protection, audit, cash in transit, physical security and contract management issues to contend with. The project was a groundbreaking Public Private Partnership (PPP) and the first of it's kind on this scale and has since become the template for others to follow. At the 18 month point he announced his decision to leave the project and assisted in the recruitment and training of his replacement.

He resisted the temptation of a further project in the South and moved back to the Midlands where he initially began as a self employed Security and Investigative Consultant. Within weeks he secured a position as an Associate Partner of one of the countries top accountancy firms, within their Business Integrity and Fraud Investigations Department.
